To create a strong presence online and position Ron Gastrobar Groep as the preferred employer brand within the hospitality industry. How? By creating several employer branding campaigns, including all content creation as well as developing  a new conversion-focused recruitment website.

Content Creation

“Dining out should be a celebration” is the motto of star chef Ron Blaauw, and also the slogan of Ron Gastrobar Groep. Not only should dining at Ron Gastrobar Groep be a celebration, working there should reflect that too. To honour the hardworking staff and show the hospitality industry what working at Ron Gastrobar means, we created a video series called ‘Ik Begon Bij Ron’. In this serie, which consisted of 10 episodes, we interviewed 10 Ron Gastrobar Groep employees to get to know the people behind the company. 

Campaigns

With the content created for 'Ik Begon Bij Ron' we developed a cross-media campaign with the focus on brand awareness. As the campaign was focused on video, the main channels used were TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. All videos of the series can be found on the website of Join Ron Gastrobar too.  

With the campaign that had a duration of 5 months (August 2023 - December 2023) we reached over 450.000 accounts and realised more than 49.000 clicks to either the Ron Gastrobar social media channels or the newly designed recruitment website. That’s a CTR of 10%!

Website

To ensure a seamless experience leading from the campaign and social channels to the website, we designed and developed a new recruitment website that reflects the quality and culture of the organisation. The primary goal for the website was to provide clarity and streamline the search process. As, Ron Gastrobar comprises of multiple organisations in different locations, the website's main feature is the search bar.  This allows job seekers to easily filter through the database according to their preferences. They can even 'favourite' jobs which makes it even easier to find the right job.
